HSSE

Our top priorities are preserving the environment, public health, safety, and security.

We pledge to prevent all accidents, illnesses related to the workplace, and environmental damage under our HSSE policy. As a result, we continuously optimise the operations of all of our subsidiaries to prioritise organisational, behavioural, and technical safety, and we actively foster a safety culture.

The corporate Department of Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) creates policies and standards that must be met by every subsidiary. To accomplish continuous development, goals are established and performance is compared to others.

The development of thorough HSSE guides that are especially suited to the individual operational units and on the basis of which the sites create suitable local management systems, is one important step.

A global incident database is a key resource for incident learning. All accidents, incidents, near misses, and dangerous activities and conditions are recorded and thoroughly examined in order to prevent them from happening again. HSSE notifications are prepared, sent to the appropriate locations, and reviewed with our staff as needed.

Internal HSSE audits and detailed HSSE statistics with “leading” (forward-looking) and “lagging” (retrospective) KPIs are conducted to monitor compliance with our internal standards.

Employee education and training is another essential component of our endeavor to carry out our business operations in a safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly manner. Before starting work or making a visit, new hires, contractors, and guests are given HSSE instruction.
