02
Information you choose to provide
An enquiry may include your name, company, business email, preferred location, product specifications, quantities, dates, transfer requirements and message. A newsletter request includes your email address. Please provide only information relevant to your request.
03
Enquiries and newsletter requests
The contact form sends the information you enter to a third-party form-processing service to process, store and route your enquiry to Pelorus Terminals. The service provider may also process technical information such as your IP address for delivery and abuse prevention. The service may process data in the United States and other locations used to deliver its services. Contact us for further information about processing providers. Newsletter requests continue to open a prepared email in your email application; you choose whether to send it. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
04
Website and hosting information
Hosting and access services may process technical information such as an IP address, requested page, browser information and request time to deliver and protect the website. Where sign-in is required, the hosting service manages authentication under its own privacy terms. The website content currently includes no advertising pixels or optional analytics scripts.
05
Use and disclosure
Information sent to Pelorus Terminals is used to respond to your request, discuss proposed services and manage the resulting business correspondence. Newsletter requests are used to handle the subscription you request. Form-processing, email and hosting providers process information as part of delivering their services. Relevant information may also need to be disclosed to fulfil legal obligations or address a security issue. The website has no advertising data-sale or cross-site tracking integration.
06
Retention and security
Business correspondence may be retained while needed to address the enquiry, maintain the related commercial record or meet applicable legal requirements. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the correspondence. Contact us to discuss retention of your information. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
07
Your choices and requests
You may contact corporate@prterminals.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have supplied, or to stop receiving marketing messages. The rights available depend on the law applicable to your request, and identity verification may be needed. Where applicable, you may also raise a concern with your local data protection authority. To withdraw a newsletter request or unsubscribe, email the same address with the subject “Unsubscribe”.
